EMT SCP series urethane pigs are available in high-quality urethane materials. They are manufactured by our unique foaming process. They are suitable for pigging the pipelines with thick and irregular scales. Besides, they are also suitable for continuous pigging operation of flammable gas medium pipelines. The pig has a high passive ability. Urethane pigs can carry a∮114 electronic transmitter and can pass through 1.0D elbow. When the pig is stuck, you can destroy it by improving the medium pressure. The maximum deformation of soft urethane pigs is ≥50%.
EMT Urethane pigs are formed by the polyurethane model and usually, they are 2 or 3 cups pigs. They can also be equipped with steel brushes, Steel blade scraper, and other auxiliary cleaning accessories.
Durometer
For pipeline cleaning pigs, each Durometer has its advantages and disadvantages.
• Pig with a hardness of 60-63 is generally very soft. This facilitates passing difficult radius bends. However, due to the softness, the cleaning and scraping effect of this hardness is poor. Prolonged wear and tear will shorten the service life of pigs. It can also be less resistant to extreme conditions, such as high hydrogen sulfide gas or some chemicals.
• A 70-75 hardness pig is a bit hard but quite flexible. It has a moderate cleaning and scraping effect
•80-85 hardness is the most common hardness. Solid cast pigs are often in this hardness scope. The pig is strong and flexible. Cleaning and scraping the inner wall of the pipe is very good. It also has high wear resistance. At the same time, it also has moderate corrosion resistance to hydrogen sulfide gas or chemicals.
A 90-95 hardness pig is very hard. It has little flexibility. And it’s not often used on cast pigs. This hardness is primarily used for custom urethane applications (i.e. rollers, buffers, and gaskets).
EMT SCP-C Solid Cast Pigs

The EMT SCP-C Solid Cast Pig is very lightweight and easy to launch. Designed standard with two cups, there is no disc in this type of pig. Its cleaning ability is very effective and versatile. Because of its one-piece molded design, the sealing effect is very nice. Featuring many seals, the pig becomes an extremely efficient cleaning tool.
Different from pigs with metal bodies, the EMT SCP-C solid cast pig will never lose its parts. When the pig is working, the pipe wall will consistently wear sealing cups. Therefore, the sealing effect will gradually deteriorate. That’s a common phenomenon.
EMT SCP-D Urethane Pigs

Urethane Pigs are usually in the Duro range of 80-85 degrees. This feature makes it strong but still flexible, which is perfect for pipe cleaning and scraping. It has appropriate flexibility and can adapt to different internal diameters of pipes. Other types of clean pigs may be softer or harder and may be limited in scope. At the same time, Urethane Pig can move at 90 and 180 degree valves and pipe turns. And it can seal the whole inner pipe. It is therefore ideal for batch, cleaning and general use. However, you need to pay attention to its durability when using it. This is especially true for certain types of polyurethane solid pigs (such as Urethane Cleaning pigs). The reason is that their cleaning effect is not significant, and easy to damage.
EMT SCP-DC Urethane Pigs

EMT SCP-DC Urethane Pig is lightweight and has no metal parts. The pig has a solid core. It is Lightweight and has no metal components.
Multiple seals provide excellent cleaning effects. Custom lengths are available on different requests. Multiple discs provide a high degree of sealing. The minimum size of the pig can be used for cleaning 2 “pipes. The EMT design allows the pig to reliably move through complex lines.
EMT SCP-SE Detachable Urethane Pigs

CP-SE Detachable Urethane Pig features detachable features. Unlike other polyurethane pigs, every part of it is made of polyurethane. Finally put the parts together.
As mentioned earlier, as the cup of the pig rubs against the inner wall of the pipe, the seal becomes worse. After cleaning the pipeline, this pig can be directly replaced with a new leather bowl, to clean the pipeline again. This has resulted in significant cost savings. The number and color of the leather bowls can also be customized according to customer needs.
